Date Shake

Ingredients
1/4 cup chopped dates1/2 cup non-fat skim milk5 ice cubes (equal to about 1/4 cup water)
Directions
Add milk and dates to a blender and process until finely chopped. Add a small handful of ice (about 5 icemaker cubes=1/4 cup water) and blend until well mixed. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
