Fake White Sauce Noodles

Ingredients
2 oz Ronzoni SmartTaste spaghetti noodles2 Tbs sour cream2 Tbs plain, nonfat yogurt1/4 C 1% milkfat cottage cheese1/8 C shredded cheese (your choice)lemon juice to taste (about 1 tsp)salt, chives, other seasonings to taste
Directions
Cook the noodles.
Cream cottage cheese, add to other sauce ingredients.
Combine sauce with noodles until warm.
Put on seasonings-I used sea salt and chives and enjoyed it!

This makes one serving. I'd suggest serving it with a chicken breast on top.
