Lemon Cream Sauce

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups whole milk2 tbs unsalted butter2 tbs all purpose flour2 tsp lemon zest4 tbs fresh shredded parmesan cheese1 tbs basil, minced fineSalt and Pepper to taste
Directions
Melt butter in sauce pan and whisk in flour until well combined. Whisk in milk until smooth. Stir in lemon zest, basil, parmesan and pepper. Add salt if needed.
