Coconut Chicken with Brown Rice

Ingredients
2-3 free range, hormone free chicken breasts3-4 garlic cloves1 small onion1/ 2 can of coconut milk1 Tbsp. Sesame oil2 bunches of broccoliSea Salt
Directions
Step 1 - Cut Chicken into strips.  Chop garlic, onion & broccoli.  Cook Brown rice according to directions.
Step 2 - Heat sesame oil of medium-high heat. Saute garlic & onions until caramelized.  Remove from pan.
Step 3 - Place Chicken & 1 tsp of sea salt into pan.  Cook for a few minutes.
Step 4 - Add broccoli to pan.Step 5 - Shake can of coconut milk well before opening.
Step 6 - Pour 1/4 cup of coconut milk over chicken and broccoli.  Cook for a few minutes, then add the onions/garlic back in along with the last 1/4 cup of coconut milk.  Chicken & Broccoli should be tender.
Serve!
