Chicken Cordon Bleu

Ingredients
4 thinly sliced pieces of chicken breasts2 oz. lowfat cabot cheddar2 slices of sandwich meat ham1/4 cup of bread crumbs12 tsp of mustard
Directions
coat one side of each chicken breast with a thin layer of mustard and then dip in bread crumbs. spray pam onto a cookie sheet. set two of the chicken breasts crumbside down.set a slice of ham onto both chicken breast slices. place 1 oz of cabot cheddar on each chicken breast slice. fold ham to cover cheddar cheese. top with the other two chicken breast slices with bread crumbs on the outside. Bake at 400 until cooked through
