Shamrock Salad

Ingredients
1 4 serving size box of sugar-free lime Jello1 Bigelow Plantation Mint Tea bag1 cup boiling water1 cup cold water1/2 cucumber with peel (unless bitter)
Directions
Steep tea bag in boiling water for 2 minutes. Remove tea bag and pour water into dry Jello in bowl. Stir till disolved. Add cold water and stir. Wash, trim end and thinly slice cucumber into Jello. Evenly distribute slices as needed. Cover and refrigerate. Makes 4 servings about 3/4 cup each.
