Ingredients
1 lb Venison - cut into bit size chunks1 cup Onion, chopped1 tbls Extra Light Olive Oilgarlic powdercelery saltblack pepperground basilsalt4 med. Red Potatoes, cut into bit size chunks1 cup Baby Carrots, cut in half1 (15 oz) can Diced Tomatoes2 cans water2 cups Green Beans, frozen2 cups Beef Broth (100 % fat free)2 bay leaf
Directions
Brown venison, onions & seasonings in oil. Add remaining ingredients and cook until vegetables are tender (about 30 minutes). Serving size about 1 cup.
