White Bean Chicken Chili

4 (15 oz.) cans great northern beans, rinsed and drained (1 can will be mashed)4 cups cubed cooked chicken2 cups chicken broth4 oz. can chopped green chilies, undrained1/4 tsp. white pepper1/4 tsp. salt1/2 cup reduced fat sour cream2 Tbsp. flourCilantro, if desired
Place one can of drained/rinsed northern beans in a heavy saucepan and mash slightly. Add all the other ingredients except for the sour cream and flour.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes. In a small bowl combine sour cream and flour and mix with a wire whisk. Spoon in some of the hot broth from the soup and mix until smooth. Add this mixture to the soup and stir.
Cook and stir for a few minutes until thickened, and serve along with more sour cream to top chili.
