Potato, Leek, Cauliflower Soup

Ingredients
8 medium potatoes cubes to 1/2 inch1 leek sliced thin2 tbsp butter2 cups cauliflower4 to 6 cups of chicken broth1/2 cup milk
Directions
On low heat, saute leeks in butter - do not let turn brown. Add broth, potatoes, cauliflower and boil. Once soft blend and add milk.
