Salmon Patties

Ingredients
1 14oz can salmon.5 cup liquid egg beaters2 tsp black pepper1 TB cornmeal2 TB onion, chopped1 TB oil for cooking
Directions
Heat a non stick skillet with a small amt oil Mix all indredients. Drop with an ice cream scoop into hot pan. lightly flatten after a minute with a spatula and turn. Cook until golden. Makes 12 patties.
