Diabetic Butter Cream Frosting

Ingredients
1/2 cup Water2 tablespoons Instant dry milk2 1/2 tablespoons All-purpose flour1/2 cup Margarine at room temp10 packets (1 gram size) EqualOR10 packets (1 gram size) Sweet-One sugar substitute1/2 teaspoon Vanilla; almond, lemon or other flavoring
Directions
In a large mixing bowl, cream butter % cup sugar blend together with a mixer until fluffy. Blend in vanilla.

Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.

Combine flour, baking powder, soda, and salt in a separate bowl and add to egg mixture, alternating with sour cream.

Spoon 1/3 of the batter into a greased 10" tube or bundt pan.

Combine cinnamon, nuts, and remaining 1/2 cup sugar blend. Layer l/3 of this mixture over batter. Repeat layers two more times.

Bake at 350 F for 70 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center of cake comes out clean.

Remove from pan and cool on a wire rack.
