Italian Meat Roll

1lb Groud Beef1 cup Italian bread crumbs1 large Egg1/2 cup tomato juiceminced garliconion powder4 slices Ham6 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
mix egg and tomotoe juice together in a large bowl... add bread crumbs and other spices and mix well.... Mix in groud beef until mixed well
Place a piece of waxed paper on a cookie sheet and spread the meat mixture into the form.
Place the ham slices on top of meat
Place the cheese on top of the ham.
Roll mixture starting from the shorter end. Pinch the edges close to ensure that no cheese will come out.
Spray pan with Pam. Put meat roll seem side down.
place in oven for 1 hour or until done
