Beef Stew in Crockpot (no tomatoes)

Ingredients
Ingredients:*Flour, white, .25 cupBeef, tip round, 1 lb chopped tips for stew meatPepper, black, .5 tsp *Swanson Beef Broth 100% fat free 50% less sodium (1) 14oz can, 1 servingCelery, raw, 1 stalk, small (5" long) slicedPaprika, 1 tsp*Garlic Minced 1 Tsp, 1 serving*Garlic Salt - Lawry's, 0.25 tsp *potatoes - canned - whole - full can - 15 oz, 1 serving (drained, and sliced)*Canned Peas, 1.5 cup (1 can, drained)*French's Worchestershire Sauce, 1 tsp Onions, raw, .5 large , choppedCornstarch, 2 tbsp
Directions
Add beef tips, flour, salt and pepper, mix until tips are coated. Then add remaining ingrediants EXCEPT CORNSTARCH, stir well, and cook in crockpot on high for 4 hours, or low for 6 to 8 hours.

If not thickened, beat cornstarch into 1/4 c cold water, then mix into stew to thicken. (optional, but included in calorie count).

Salt and seasonings can be adjusted to preference.

Makes approx. SIX 1-cup servings.
