Cream of Mushroom Soup

Ingredients
olive oilmushroomsonionsgarlicwhite flourchicken brothskim milk
Directions
sautee onions and garlic in olive oil until soft (7 min)
add mushrooms and brown mushrooms (5 min)
stir in flour to make smooth, thick, paste
add chicken broth and bring to a boil to reduce (5 minute)
remove from heat to cool slightly
stir in skim milk
puree to desired smoothness
