Chocolate Low-carb no-bake cheese-cake

Ingredients
2 tbsp butter, salted32 oz of cream cheese2 tsp vanilla extract1 cup cold water1.5 cups splenda (sugar substitute)1 envelope unflavored gelatin4 oz of sugar free chocolate chips4 tbsp baking cocoa
Directions
In a small sauce pan sprinkle gelatin over cold water let stand for 1 min. Heat over low heat, stirring until gelatin is completely dissolved . Add the chocolate stir until melted.
In a large bowl beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth slowly add chocolate mixture and cocoa beat in vanilla pour into casserole dish refrigerate for 2-3 hours or until firm.
