2 bean chili with ground turkey and corn

Ingredients
* Olive Oil, 1 1tsp (remove) * Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped (remove) * Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 cup, chopped or sliced (remove) * Beans, black, .5 cup (remove) * Beans, red kidney, .5 cup (remove) * *Turkey, ground breast, Trader's Joe's Butcher Shop, 4oz * Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, .5 cup (remove) * Water, tap, .5 cup (8 fl oz) (remove) * Chili powder, 1 tsp (remove) * *Cumin - ground (1 tsp), .5 tsp (remove)
Directions
Saute onions in 1 tsp olive oil until soft, 5 minutes. Stir in tomatoes, black beans (rinsed and drained), kidney beans (rinsed and drained), water, chili powder, cumin. Simmer, stirring occasionally, 15 minutes. Add salt/pepper to taste.
