Ingredients
1 cup Dannon Light & Fit Fat Free Vanilla Yogurt1/2 cup frozen blackberries1/2 cup frozen blueberries1/2 cup Polaner sugar-free strawberry preserves1 cup fat free milkPlus, 1.375 cups fat free milk
Directions
Dump everything into a blender and milk until smooth enough for your taste. Makes 5.5 1/2-cup servings. I add fat free milk to make it thinner.
