Venison Meatloaf

Ingredients
Venison, ground, 1 lb.Bread Crumbs - Italian Style, 1 cupBacon Bits, 1/4 CThyme, ground, .5 tspSage, ground, .25 tspHot Pepper Sauce, 1 tspTabasco Green Pepper Sauce, 1 tspGarlic, 5 clovesMontreal Steak Seasoning, 1 tspworstershire sauce, 1 tbspKetchup, 1/4 C (plus some to squirt on top of meatloaf)Egg, fresh, 2 extra largeMozzarella Finely shredded Part Skim cheese, .5 cup
Directions
Mix all ingredients (except mozzarella) by hand. Shape into two large meatballs, and then form into a meatloaf shape. place a layer (1/4 C) of mozzarella (or muenster) between the two layers of meat. Then use the remaining 1/4 C of mozzarella to sprinkle on top. Cover the mozzarella on top with a layer of ketchup.

Bake in 375 degree oven for 35 to 40 minutes until cooked through.
