Fixed this a number of times and either added oats (the first time) or wild brown rice the 2nd time and it turned out fantastic each time! It's always a go to recipe that you can tell family and guests that it's homemade and they will end up asking you how you made it! - 9/15/20

I love This recipe- much better than the ketchup brown sugar recipes. It was excellent and easy! - 1/5/11

I fixed this recipe the other night and it was wonderful. So far its the best meatloaf recipe I have tried in a long while. - 8/31/10

I usually half this recipe. It's not the best meatloaf I've eaten, but it's a fast and easy everyday meatloaf. I don't like the Hunt's sauce on top, but rather use ketchup and brown sugar for a topping. For the filling, I use a slice of cubed white bread as DH doesn't care for oatmeal in meatloaf. - 8/5/09
