Whole Grain Waffles with flaxseed

2 eggs1 3/4 C skim milk1/4 C canola oil1/4 C applesauce, unsweetened1 t vanilla1 C whole wheat flour1/2 C flaxseed meal1/4 C whet germ1/4 C all purpose flour4 t baking powder1 T sugar1/4 t salt
Whisk together all ingredients in large bowl until well combined.
Cook on waffle griddle until desired brown-ness.
Makes 10 6" waffles
