Creamy Chicken Enchiladas

Ingredients
2.5 cups chopped cooked chicken1 can Cream of Chicken Soup, Healthy Choice.5 cup Light Sour Cream1.5 cup Reduced fat Cheddar Cheese.25 cup cilantro7 whole wheat tortillas1.5 cup salsa
Directions
PREHEAT oven to 350. Line a large baking pan with aluminum foil. Combine chicken and soup with sour cream and half the cilantro and cheese.

SPOON 1.4 cup chiken mixture down center of each tortilla; roll up. Place, seam-sides down, in foil-lined pan. Top with salsa and remaining cheese. Cover with foil.

BAKE 15 minutes; remove foil. Continue baking 10 minutes or until cheese is lemted. Top with cilantro (and sour cream, if you want, but that will increase the calories/fat/etc).

Makes 7 enchiladas (7 servings).
