Emily's Healthy Apple Crisp 1/2 cup

Ingredients
Apples, fresh, 4 cup, quartered or chopped (remove)Oats, 1 cup (remove)Cinnamon, ground, 2 tbsp (remove)Cinnamon, ground, 3 tbsp (remove)*Splenda, 2 tsp (remove)*Splenda, 1 tsp (remove)*Bob's red mill oat flour 1/3 cup, 0.5 cup (remove)Water, tap, .5 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)*Bob's Red Mill Whole Ground Flaxseed Meal, 2 Tbsp., .5 serving (remove)
Directions
Cube apples and place in a pot with water and cinnamon, let it come to a boil, then cover with a lid and let it simmer for 20 min. In the meantime combine all of the rest of the ingredients crumbling up the butter and oil into the oats. When apples are done put in a bread pan and spread oat mixture on top, bake at 375 for 30 min. You can put either whipped cream (very low in carbs) or light vanilla yogurt on top!
