Little Lasagnas

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups dried penne pasta1 1/2 cups tomato sauce1/2 cup ricotta cheese3 tablespoons shredded mozzarella cheese1 1/2 teaspoons grated Parmesan cheese1 1/2 teaspoons minced fresh basil1 small clove garlic, mincedPinch of saltPinch of pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 350.
Put 1/4 cup of penne pasta and 1/4 cup of spaghetti sauce in each cup (use a cupcake pan). Mix well to coat pasta with sauce.
Combine the 3 cheeses with the basil, garlic, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl. Mix with a fork.
Top each cup with 2 tablespoons of the cheese mixture.
Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
