1 lb ground chuck1 small onion chopped1/2 bell pepper chopped2 cans fire roasted diced tomatoes2 cans black beans1 cup frozen corn kernels1 packet chili seasoning
Directions
brown beef with onion and peppers. drain fat. add tomatoes, beans, corn and spices and simmer for 30 minutes.
