Turkey Meatballs

Ingredients
1 lb Ground Turkey1/2 cup old fashioned quaker oats2 tsp onion powder2 tsp galic powder2 tsp italian seasoning2 egg whites2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional)1 tsp paprika1/8 tsp saltPam cooking spray
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 *F. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Make 30 meatballs and space out on baking sheet sprayed with Pam. Cook for 30 minutes turning at 15 minutes. Check with meat thermometer registering 160 degrees to see if done. Add additional minutes if necessary.

Makes 6 servings of 5 meatballs each.
