My Healthy Pasta Salad

Ingredients
3 Cups cooked whole grain rotini/cork skrew pasta2 Cups Broccoli chopped1 Cucumber peeled and chopped1 Tomato medium chopped1 Onion medium chopped2 Tbsp garlic chopped1 Cup spinach choppedSauce6 Tbsp Mayo Canola (Real Mayo Brand)6 Tbsp Vinegar1 Tbsp Olive oil1 Tbsp A1 Steak Sauce (optional)1 Tbsp SugarSpices/salt/pepper (optional)
Directions
Cook/Boil pasta (run under cold water after cooked)

Chop up all the veggies

Mix pasta and veggies in large bowl

Separate bowl:

Combine all the sauce ingredients in a bowl and stir or put in small mixer/processor until creamy

Pour over pasta and stir

Chill in fridge or eat right away!

1 serving= 1 cup (approx)
