Chicken and Broccoli Bake

Ingredients
8 oz chicken, cooked and cut in bite size chunks4 cups (approx) Frozen Broccoli 1 can cream of chicken soup lowfat3/4 c mayo, light1 teaspoon lemon juice1 tsp curry powder 1/2 cup shredded cheddarBread crumbs
Directions
Layer broccoli in a 7x11 baking dish. Top with chicken. In a separate bowl, combine soup, mayo, lemon juice, and curry powder. spread the soup mixture evenly over the chicken layer. Finish by sprinkliing cheese on top and adding a light coat of bread crumbs. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Makes 6 servings
