Fettucini with Asparagus and Lemon Sauce

1/2 LB Fettucini1 Egg1 cup fat free half & half1 lb asparagus2 tbsp Olive Oil2 tsp butter2 tbsp lemon juice1 tsp corn starch
Cook fettucini per package instructions.
Whisk together egg and half & half and set aside.
Chop asparagus into 1" pieces. Heat skillet and melt butter and olive oil. Add asparagus pieces, season with salt and pepper and cook until tender. Remove asparagus and set aside.
Combine corn starch and 1 tbsp water in a separate dish. Keep asparagus skillet hot and add half & half mixture. Add corn starch mixture. Cook on medium heat and stir constantly until sauce has thickened.
Combine cooked fettucini, cream sauce, asparagus and lemon juice and serve immediately.
