Crock pot chicken and vegetables

Ingredients
1 carrot2 celery stalks1 small onion2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar.25 cup chicken broth.25 tsp dijon mustardSmall squirt of honey!.5 tsp garlic, minced
Directions
Chop the vegetables, place at the bottom of the crock pot. Lay the chicken breast over the vegetables.

In a measuring cup, mix together chicken broth, balsamic vinegar and dijon mustard. Pour mixture over chicken and vegetables.

Cook on low for 2-3 hours. Cooking time may vary, so you may want to keep an eye on it to find the best time the first time you make it.
