Chicken Tikka Masala

Ingredients
1 jar Patak's Tikka Masala Curry Cooking Sauce1 cup jasmine rice1 lb. cubed skinless chicken breast
Directions
Saute 1 lb diced chicken until browned (about 5 mins)
Pour entire jar over chicken and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Meanwhile, cook 1 cup of jasmine rice per rice cooker or stovetop instructions.

Serve chicken & sauce over rice.

Makes approx. 4 servings.
