Japanese Leek and Split Pea Soup

Ingredients
onion choppedgarlic chopped4 cups water or stocklemon juice and seasoning to taste
Directions
Saute the onion and garlic in oil 5 minutes, add washed split peas cook 3 minutes add other ingredients cook for 3 minutes addd water or stock. Put is pressure cooker and cook for
10 minutes. Put in blender and puree. add salt to taste. put in stock and cook until thick . season with black pepper and lemon juice salt to taste
