Halibut Fish fried

Ingredients
- Halibut fish 0.5 fillet- garlic 2 cloves- pepper black, 1 tbsp- thyme 1 tbsp- half Lemon
Directions
Use a ziploc bag add the halbut crush 2 cloves of garlic, pepper and thyme then add sqeeze half a lemon juice into bag. Shake it up and place into the fridge for about 1 hour. It will let all the ingredients absorb into the fish. Set Oven to 350 degrees. And put fish into oven safe pan and frie it up and turn over after 10 minutes and then cook other side for 5 minutes great meal. And it is high in protien.
