youkon gold soup

Ingredients
4 large youkon gold potatoes, unpeeled1.5 cups sliced carrots1/2 large onion, diced6 slices canadian bacon8 cups water2 packets low sodium chicken boullion2 bay leaves1 tsp. poultry seasoning
Directions
Place all ingredients into a crockpot. Cook on high 6-8 hours or cook on stovetop for 2 hours. Season to taste. Place 1/2 of soup into a blender and liquify. Stir back into pot of soup.

If desired, add a small amount of cream or sour cream to individual bowls.

Calorie count does not include addition of cream.
