1 lbs Ground beef, extra lean 14.5 oz can Tomatoes-Hunt's Diced Sweet Onion5 oz package Mahatma Authentic Spanish Rice Mix1 cup Onions, chopped 2 tbsp Ketchup15 oz can Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned 3/4 cup Low Fat Cheddar, shredded
Brown ground beef with onion over medium heat, in large skillet that has a lid.
Add tomatoes, rice mix, water, and ketchup. Bring to a boil, stir once, cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
Stir in canned corn, cover and simmer for 10 more minutes.
Stir in cheese and serve.
