Salvadoran Refried Beans

1 - 16oz bag Central American Red beans2 - Medium Onions3 Tbs EVOO1 Tsp Salt (more if you like)20 Cloves of Garlic
Using your crock pot, fill about half way with water.
Wash your beans and place them in the crockpot. Add your salt and your garlic and place on the 10 hour setting overnight.
Saute onion in oil until translucent - take them out and save remaining oil.
Place beans, onion and garlic in blender and liquify.
Once liquified bring the bean mixture to the pot you fried the onions in and fry until they're to the consistency you like.
Should make about 13- 1 cup servings
