Celery, raw, 0.50 cup, diced Collards, 6 cup, chopped Garlic, 3 cloves Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 cup, chopped Rice, Yoga Brown Organic- 1/2 cup dryBeans, dark red kidney beans - 1 CanFire Roasted Diced Tomatoes- 1 Can
Sauté onion, pepper, celery, then add garlic. Next, add rice, broth, tomatoes, and spices, cover and simmer until rice is almost cooked, then add beans and collards. You can also throw in shrimp.
