I make this when I am craving a satisfying tuna fish sandwich but don't want the mayo or the bread! The beans help it be high in protein and satisfy my carb desire.Mix it all together and server over arugula or mixed greens.olive oil and balsamic vinegar (I sprinkle about a tablespoon of each-to my personal taste)3/4 cup diced celery2 T onions, chopped1/2 cup chopped red peppersTuna, packed in water, drained1 cup small white beans, drained1/2 can cut green beans1 T LoFat mayonaisseFresh ParsleyS & P and other seasonings you may like
I calculated this for 2 servings...you may even get 3 out of it and it would be less calories for you.
