Sesame Parmesan Zucchini

Ingredients
1 zucchini, quartered and cut into 1/2" chunks1 T olive oil2 t sesame seeds3 T Parmesan cheese, separated1/4 t crushed red pepper1/2 t garlic salt
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375* and line a baking sheet with tin foil.
2. Toss everything together in a large ziploc bag, making sure to evenly coat zucchini.
3. Spread in a single layer on baking sheet.
4. Bake 10 minutes and then broil for 5 more minutes.
