1.5 cups rolled oats1/4 cup chopped raw or slivered almonds1/4 cup chopped walnuts1/4 cup pepitas1/8 tsp. salt3/4 tsp. cinnamon1/8 tsp. nutmeg1/4 tsp. cloves1/8 tsp. ginger1/8 tsp. allspice1/2 cup pumpkin puree1/2 tsp. vanilla extract1/2 cup pure maple syrup1/3 cup dried cranberries
Preheat the oven to 300 and line a square pan with tinfoil or parchment paper.
Mix together the oats, nuts, salt, and spices. Then, stir in the pumpkin puree, vanilla, maple syrup and cranberries. Be sure everything is well combined.
Spread the mixture into the pan, pressing down to compact the granola bar and bake for 30-40 minutes, less if you want a chewy granola bar, more if you want a crisp bar.
