Twice Baked Sweet Potatoes

6 large sweet potatoes1/4 cup greek yogurt2 tablespoon skin milk2 tablespoon brown sugar2 tablespoon butter1/8 teaspoon salt
Poke sweet potatoes with fork and bake on rack @ 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Cut in half and scoop out center. Mash in large bowl until no lumps. Add yogurt and milk and mix for 2-3 minutes. Add brown sugar, butter, and salt and mix until light and fluffy. Put shells in baking dish and divide mashed potatoes into shells. Bake additional 25 minues at 400 degrees
