Rita's Venison & Sausage Stew

Ingredients
Venison, about 1/2 lb (remove)*Pork Sausage, 6 link (raw dimensions: 4" long x 7/8 (remove)Onions, raw, 1.5 cup, chopped (remove)Baby Carrots, raw, 4 medium (remove)Celery, raw, 3 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) (remove)*Potato, raw, 6 small (1-3/4" to 2-1/2" dia.) (remove)*Beef Bovril, 12 gram (remove)Water, tap, 1 Cup
Directions
Makes 8 servings.
Dice all ingredients, bite size.
Place in slow cooker and stir.
Let cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4-5 hours.
Thicken with Bisto if necessary.
