Ingredients:*Cereal - Fiber One - 57% Daily Fiber - 1/2 cup, 1 serving (remove)*Three Cheese Bread Crumbs, .25 cup (remove)*Egg Beaters - Original (1 serving = 1/4 cup), 1 serving (remove)*Market Pantry Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast Tenderloin, 8 oz (remove)*Thai Rub (Rikki's Gourmet Chef's Thai Rub), 2 tbsp (remove)
Directions
Grind Fiber One creal into crumbs combine with bread crumbs and Thai Seasoning

Dip chicken into egg mix and then coat with crumb mixture

Place on baking rack and bake at 400 degrees for 20-30 minutes
