20 minute Grains Mix - Plain Jane Blend

Ingredients
1/2 C quiona1/2 C millet1C vegetable broth or bouillon cube mix in water1C water2 dried Shitake Mushroom (broken into tiny pieces2 Tbsp dried herbs (eg. italian, cajun, herb de provence, etc.)1/2 Tbsp good oil (eg. toasted sesame, olive oil, mac nut oil, etc.)
Directions
makes 4 - 1/2C serving or 2Cups cooked grains

mix dry ingredients in rice cooker or pot. add liquids. turn on rice cooker or bring contents to a boil, cover, reduce heat and cook for about 20 minutes. (just like cooking white rice)
Fluff with fork and serve. enjoy!

Left-over grains are AWESOME!!!! use in home made stuffing, veggie patties, salads, stir-fries or like oatmeal for breakfast.
