Summer's Mexican Chili

Ingredients
ground meat, 1 lbKnorr Fiesta Sides - Spanish Rice, 1 packageCanned Yellow Corn, 15 oz.Canned Kidney Beans, 15 ozChi-Chi's Salsa, 8 ozGreen Pepper, 1Onion, 1Garlic Powder, 1 tbspJalepeno PepperWater, 1 3/4 cup
Directions
Brown the ground meat, then drain. To the meat, add water and uncooked spanish rice. Let simmer 5 minutes. Add canned corn (drained), stewed tomatoes, kidney beans (drained and rinsed), green pepper (diced), onion (diced), jalepeno pepper (diced), garlic powder, and salsa. Simmer 15 minutes. Makes approximately 8 - 1cup servings. You could also add some shredded cheese and/or guacamole too! Or use ground venison! YUM!!!
