seafood stuffed avocados

Ingredients
4 oz crab meat4 oz small cooked shrimp2 tbsp Light Mayonnaise1 tsp Dijon mustard1 tbsp lemon juice1/4 cup cucumber, diced1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, diced1 tsp Asian chili sauce1/4 tsp black pepper2 ripe avocados1/2 cup shredded cheese4 whole pita pocket breads
Directions
Mix all ingredients except avocados in bowl and let sit 1 hour.
Split avocados lengthwise and remove pit.
Hollow out avocado meat and dice. Save shells.
Mix avocado meat into mixture, saving half for garnish.
Spoon mixture into avocado shells, top with avocado meat as garnish. Or spoon in 1/2 cup serving in 1/2 pita pocket.
