Almond Breeze Almond Milk (original unsweetened), 1.2 cup (approximate)Cocoa Powder, Trader Joes, 1.5 tbsp Banana, fresh, 1 small Flaxseed - Bobs Red Mill - whole ground flaxseed meal, 1 tbsp Whey To Go Protein Powder Vanilla, 20 grams
Directions
Put it all in a blender, whir it for about a minute or so depending on your blender - serve immediately!
