Slow cooked goat meat curry

Goat meat 2 lbs, onions 3 large, canola oil 3tbsp, ghee 2 tsp, curry spice 2 tbsp (shaan meat masala/ MDH meat masala)
Heat oil and ghee, add some fresh whole spices (cardamom 2-3, cloves 4-5, cinnamon 1/2 inch stick broken down) into hot oil and let it cook for a minute, so you can smell the spices cooking. Add onions, cook until golden brown. Add meat cut in 2-3 inch pieces (includes bone) and fry open for a few min. Add curry powder and cook open for 10 minu. Decrease the heat to low and start cooking slowly. Cover it and stir once in a while. Cooks almost 2 hours until tender.
