Ingredients
12.5 oz chunk chicken breast2 wedges Laughing Cow original cheese spread1 avocado +1 tbsp lemon juice.1 cup chopped tomato1/2 red onion1/4 cup salsa2 tbsp salsa verdesalt, pepper, garlic powder to taste8 Thomas multi-grain light english muffins
Directions
Chop avocado and coat with lemon juice to prevent browning. Combine first 8 ingredients. Serve over lightly toasted english muffins.
