Peanut Butter (Black Bean) Brownies

Ingredients
1 can black beans rinsed and drained3 eggs3 TBS olive oil1/2 cup plus 2 TBS granulated sugar1 TBS molasses1/2 cup cocoa powder1 tsp vanilla extract1/2 tsp baking powderpinch salt3/4 cup crunchy peanut butter1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
Directions
Add the rinsed and drained black beans to a food processor and pulse until smooth. Add all ingredients except pb and chips and process until smooth. Pour half the batter in a greased pan (I used a 13 x 9) pyrex dish. Add melted peanut butter to batter and top with remaining batter. Sprinkle chips on top. Bake in 350 degree oven for 25 minutes. Cut into 25 pieces.
