Ingredients
Couscous: 2 oz drySkinless Chicken Breast: 5.5 to 6ozMushrooms: 2 CupsBrocoli: 2 CupsBabby Carrots: 10Onion, chopped: 1 CupOlive Oil: 1 TBLseaons to taste
Directions
1) Prepare couscous according to directions
2) Cut chicken into bite size pieces and saute in Olive Oil and remove from skillet leaving excess oil and juices in skillet.
3) Chop all vegetables and saute in same skillet until just tender.
4) Add chicken back into skillet and add cooked couscous.
